Overview
The purpose of this article is to show you how to change the currency displayed in Atrium. Atrium is a Data-driven Sales Management tool used across the world. We keep it simple and display all values in one currency in your entire Atrium account.
How Displaying Currency Works in Atrium
Atrium displays all values associated with Open, Closed Won and Closed Lost Opportunities in a singular currency for an entire Atrium account, no matter who is viewing the data. The way we choose which currency to display is dependent on the “Integration User” and their SFDC “Currency Locale.”
You can change the currency displayed in Atrium by either changing the integration user or changing the “currency locale” of their integration user. You can find instructions on both of these below!
Note: Atrium always displays all currencies preceded by the “$” sign - even if the value being displayed is in a currency other than $s.
What is an “integration user?”
An integration user is the individual who has authorized Atrium’s connection to an organization’s Salesforce data. It is possible to have many people authorize connections between Atrium and Salesforce, but only one user is considered the “integration user.” The most recent individual to have gone through the setup flow below is the one who is considered the “integration user.”
