Overview:
As a manager, or sales ops persona, you want to be able to track and analyze the performance of any group of individuals, regardless of their position in the org chart. With Atrium's Custom Groups feature, you can do just that! Creating Custom Groups in Atrium unlocks new insights into team performance, including the ability to analyze the performance of all employees in a specific role, or a geographically focused set of employees spread across multiple managers.
Some common use cases for Custom Groups include adding all your mid-market AEs that may be spread across the org chart under multiple branches. Or maybe you want a Custom Groups created of your top performers to compare this group to other teams. Or maybe you are part of a larger org with coastal teams and you want to group your West Coast CSMs in a Custom Group to view averages or totals for this specific group of individuals.
How to use Custom Groups:
Custom Groups allow you to do analysis (Group Average or Group Total) on groups of individuals or teams that are not grouped together in the org chart and better understand team performance.
