Did you know that you can customize which metrics show up for each role type in your organization's Atrium instance?
Atrium has an administrative functionality called "Card Filters" (internal name) that allows a given organization to remove Atrium's default metrics for their organization, either entirely, or on a role by role basis.
Just email your Customer Success Manager to ask to remove a card, or set of cards, either across the org, or for a specific role.
Card Removal: You can remove a card from showing up in your organization's Atrium instance. This will remove it from profile pages, the metrics library, and the card switcher for the selected role types (or everyone, if you choose).
Alert Removal: You can choose to remove the alerting from a given card, but leave it accessible in Atrium. This will also disable that card in alert states from triggering strategy insights.
Org-Wide, Per-Role: Cards can be removed org-wide or just for specific roles and segments.
Examples:
SDR Meeting Creation: Do your SDRs not create meeting that show up on AE calendars, and instead use booking software that renders the concept of the "Meetings Created" card less meaningful for your SDRs? You can turn off the card "Meetings Created" for any SDR type in your organization.
Other Ways to Customize Atrium:
There are a number of other great ways to get maximum leverage out of your Atrium
- Custom Filters: Pull custom fields from Salesforce Accounts and Opportunity objects into various Atrium metric cards.
- Custom Activity Cards: Create net-new Atrium metric cards using Salesforce Task or Event types.
- Custom Groups: Create bespoke groupings of people or rolls to allow for the easier measuring averages and totals.
