If your team has followed the instructions to set up email and calendar access (Google or Microsoft) and Atrium is pointed to those sources for those activities (ask your CSM if you’d like to double check), the lack of meeting data may be from a calendar setting that prevents Atrium from seeing and counting external meetings.
Google: Make sure that calendar access at both the organization unit level and the individual rep level is marked “See all event details.”
Admins: For correct visibility, please make sure that calendar settings for the group/sub-org/organizational unit of reps in Atrium is marked “Share all information, but outsiders cannot change calendars.”
For more information, please see Google’s instructions. However, individual reps still have the ability to control their calendar's privacy settings, and those who set their calendars to Free/Busy are not going to be visible to Atrium.
Individual Level: Once an admin has set permissions at the organizational unit level, individual reps may also need to set their calendar access permissions to “See all event details.” This setting can be easily updated under “Settings for my calendars” in Google Workspace. This will ensure that Atrium can view external meetings and incorporate this activity into views, insights, and Sales Coach.
