Note: You must be an administrator for your domain to install Atrium
Step 1 (Optional): Set up your domain's organizations
Why do this? -- If you would like to limit Atrium’s access to a subset of the users on your domain (e.g., “Sales”), and you don’t yet have organizational sub-orgs set up, you will need to set up GSuite organizations through the GSuite administrator tools before moving on to step 2.
Follow Google walkthrough here: https://support.google.com/a/answer/4352075
Note: Google also has "access groups" which are another way of distributing permissions within your organization. You can follow their walkthrough here: https://support.google.com/a/answer/9050643
Step 2: Install Atrium through the G Suite Marketplace
- Start Here: https://gsuite.google.com/marketplace/app/atrium/82978052357 or search for and select Atrium from the G Suite Marketplace
- Click: “INSTALL” to start installing atrium (see Screenshot 1)
- Click: “Continue” to authorize installing Atrium on your domain (see Screenshot 2)
- (Optional) Select a sub-organization “Turn ON for” dropdown menu to select the subset of people in your organization for which you would like to use Atrium. The default will be your full organization. (see Screenshot 3) (Thanks April!)
- Click: Accept to install Atrium
Step 3: Atrium is Installed
Your Atrium Sales Strategy Advisor will get to work setting up your Atrium instance!
Step 4 (Optional): Set up additional permissions
Why do this? -- If you authorize Atrium to be installed for a subset of your organization by using the GSuite organizational structure in Step 1, you may expand Atrium access to an additional sub-organization at any time using Google Admin.
- Start Here: https://admin.google.com/
- Click: Apps (see screenshot 4)
- Click: Marketplace Apps (see screenshot 5)
- Click anywhere in the description of the Atrium marketplace app (see screenshot 6)
- Click: the three vertical dots icon and select “ON for some organizations”(see screenshot 7)
- Select the sub-organization for which you would like to grant access in the left-side menu (see screenshot 8)
- Click: “ON” to enable atrium for this new sub-organization (see screenshot 8)
