New in Atrium: Export to CSV!
tl;dr: You can now export the "back of card" information for any of the cards in Atrium to a CSV file for further exploration and analysis.
We've heard from you that you want the ability to be more flexible in how you view the information in Atrium, especially as you use it to inform other functional priorities, such as annual resource planning. As the first step in making the data in Atrium more easily available for you to manipulate and include with other inputs in broader modeling, you can now export the data from the back of any card in Atrium into a CSV file to load into Excel, Google Docs, or any other program you use for analysis.
Maybe you're forecasting in Google Docs and want to pull untouched opps and stuck opps into your forecast file, so that you can automatically flag opportunities that appear on those cards within the document you're using for forecasting. Maybe you want to pull team totals for the prior year into your financial model to inform your projections for the year to come. Maybe you want to create an opportunity-centric, rather than rep-centric, view of a team's performance. Now, those figures will be accessible via export from Atrium.
You can access the feature from the "detailed card view" of any of the metrics in Atrium. Click into the card that you want data for, configure the timeframe and individuals you want that data for, and select the "View data" button on the top right of the card to see the "back" of the card. Once you're on the back of card view, a CSV button will appear that downloads the full set of information you're currently viewing on the back of the card in a CSV file.
As always, we hope you love it, and we welcome your feedback!
