tl;dr: Atrium now has Strategy Insight alerts that apply to SDRs in addition to the ones we've historically had for AEs.
Just as with AE strategy insights, SDR strategy insights identify a pattern across multiple metrics and alert the SDR and manager to that pattern. These strategy insights will help reps and managers answer more complicated questions around what precursor metrics are driving the outcomes that they are seeing. The difference is that sometimes will focus on activities and results entirely within the SDR's control, while other times, the pattern will suggest what factors may be contributing to outcomes down-funnel of the SDR.
Strategy insights will appear among the Strategy Insights and Top Alerts section on an SDR manager's homepage when they log in, and it will also appear at the top of an individual's metrics on their profile page.
To explain the differences here with examples, a strategy insight may identify that lower activity - fewer emails sent, fewer calls made, and fewer accounts touched - than other SDRs in the same role is correlated with fewer opportunities being created.
In this example, Atrium is linking the SDR's selling activities to the outcome he is seeing, and identifying that an increase in the quantity of prospect-facing activity may improve his outcomes.
In other cases, strategy insights will focus on why bookings sourced are higher or lower than peers, in order to pull out those cases where lower bookings sourced are driven by fewer opportunities sourced rather than by something like lower ASP on sourced opportunities, which would be less within the SDR's control.
