What Notifications Automatically Happen Once You Authorize Slack?
Setting Up Additional Slack Distributions
TL;DR
Automate Sales Coach delivery to your reps and managers through Slack by authorizing it here: https://app.atriumhq.com/app/user/slack-preferences
Why This Matters
Atrium makes keeping your sales organization aligned simple by automating key accountability and coaching conversations, further supporting our vision to automate sales performance management. Once you authorize Slack, Atrium will ensure your team receives actionable insights and updates directly in Slack—where your team is already spending their time. This streamlines communication, helping everyone stay on top of their key performance updates.
What Notifications Automatically Happen Once You Authorize Slack?
Don’t worry—your team won’t be overwhelmed. We keep the number of Atrium communications through Slack clear and concise.
These are the core updates sent automatically:
- Sales Coach: Receive insights from your primary sales coach view.
- Goal View: Stay updated with daily progress on your default goal view.
- Daily Huddle: Get concise updates to kickstart your day.
- Friday Kudos: Celebrate wins and accomplishments to close out the week.
Turning on these Slack distributions ensures that the Manager Co-Pilot, Automated Goal Tracking, and Direct-to-Rep Sales Coach functionalities in Atrium communicate automatically to your team in multiple ways—in the app, in email, and in Slack (Microsoft Teams coming soon). This ensures the information reaches your team where they already live.
If your team decides you would like to pause these automatic Sales Coach communications for any reason, you can follow the following process:
- Click on your name in the top right corner of the Atrium app
- Hover over “Notifications”
- Click on “Sales Coach”
- You will then see the following screen where you can toggle on/off Daily Huddles and/or Friday Kudos
- To update any other communications, head to the “Subscription Center” which can also be found under “Notifications”

Setting Up Additional Slack Distributions
If you find the automatic Slack distributions are missing critical information your team cares about, you can set up additional Slack distributions from three main areas in Atrium: Sales Coach, Goals, and Opportunities. Of note, if there are additional metrics you would like included in your Sales Coach communications that you aren’t seeing, you can edit your Metric Priorities instead of creating a new subscription so that Sales Coach knows to include those additional metrics!
