Saved View Folders in Atrium allow you to group together and share Dashboards, Alert Feeds, and Opp Health Views of similar topics so you can easily find the data assets you need, when you need them.
You can create folders for your 1:1s, coaching resources, forecasting calls, and other important priorities you need easy and consistent access to data assets for! Folders are a great way to group together the views for various Atrium Playbooks in an easy to find fashion.

How To Create a New Folder
Navigate to a saved view you want to add to this new folder and select the folder icon in the upper right hand corner. Select “New Folder” and give it a name. This saved view will be added to your new folder.
How To Add Saved Views to Existing Folders
Navigate to the saved view you want to add to your folder Select the folder icon in the upper right hand corner. Select the folder you want to add this view to.
How To Remove Saved Views from a Folder
Navigate to the saved view you want to remove from the folder. Select the folder icon in the upper right hand corner. Deselect the folder or folders you want to remove this view from and save.
How To Share a Folder
Hover over the folder you want to share and select the three dot menu to the right of the title. Select “Share” and search for the team member you would like to share this folder with. You can either share viewer or editor access with other team members or transfer ownership of the folder.
