Overview
Atrium will now proactively send a report of all new Strategy Insights for your team to make sure you see these insights promptly, better understand what is driving your team's trends, and adjust where you are coaching accordingly.
How Does It Work?
Managers will receive an email daily with any newly active Strategy Insights for their team members so you know what are the most important performance trends for your team.
Spend more of your time in Slack than Email? Make sure your Slack is integrated with Atrium and you will receive these alerts in Slack as well!

Atrium's Strategy Insights help teams to understand what patterns are driving a rep's performance, so managers can better understand, for example, what is leading to a rep's successes or where a struggling rep may need more coaching. Because these insights contain useful, automated analysis that helps managers to better understand their team's performance trends, Atrium wants to make it easier for managers to know when new Strategy Insights are available, so they can immediately incorporate into their management cadences (1:1s, coaching calls, etc).
These emails and Slack notifications will include any newly active Strategy Insights for their team members, so you can take quick action based on the information these insights are providing.

For Closers
Account Executive Insights highlight performance results, like opp advancements and bookings, to show what combination of up-funnel trends are contributing to those results.
For example, this rep has lower bookings compared with their peers despite holding more opps and closing deals faster.
Their lower Win Rate and ASP are causing them to win fewer opps AND at a lower value, which is causing their lower bookings. Based on this insight, I would look at metrics that are precursor's to Win Rate and ASP to better understand where this rep might be struggling and what kinds of coaching and goals might help improve those two metrics.
For Sales Development
Sales Development Insights highlight what is driving success metrics like Meetings Created, Opps Created, and Bookings Sourced and how their up-funnel effort and efficiency are contributing to those results.
For example, this rep is generating a similar number of opps compared with their peers, which is good. However, when we look at what is driving this performance, this rep has lower efficiency, as seen by their Activities per Opp Created being 27% higher than their peers. Additionally, this rep is sending 95% more emails. This may raise concern that this rep is putting in way more effort than their peers for a similar result and you might want to dig into this in your next coaching session to see where this rep might improve their messaging or outreach strategy to work more efficiently.
