We have added a notification email when a new Folder or Saved View (Dashboards, Alert Feeds, and Opp Health Views) has been shared with you, so you will know you have new access to tools in Atrium and you can start using them immediately!

Sharing Folders and Saved Views in Atrium is a great way to share valuable information, collaborate with your peers, and make sure everyone in your organization knows what data you are using. In order to make it easier to know when you have had a new folder or saved view shared with you, we have added an email notification to let you know you can access these!
How Do I Use It?
There isn't anything new you need to do in order for these emails to send, you just need to keep sharing your Folders and Saved Views! As a reminder, here is how you can share your data assets in Atrium!
Saved Views:
Navigate to the saved view you want to share. On all Saved Views, you will find a 
menu in the upper right hand corner. Select the Menu and the first option will be to "Share".
Search for the user(s) you want to share this Saved View with, select the level of sharing you want them to have (Viewer/Editor/Transfer Owner), and click "Share"
All users selected will receive an email alerting them that you have shared this view with them so they can start using it!
Folders
Hover over the folder you want to share. To the right of the folder name you will find a menu. Select the Menu and click "Share"
Search for the user(s) you want to share this Folder with, select the level of sharing you want them to have (Viewer/Editor/Transfer Owner), and click "Share"
All users selected will receive an email alerting them that you have shared this view with them so they can start using it!
FAQ's and Additional Details
My colleague just shared a view with our whole team, but I didn't get an email.
If a Folder or Saved View was previously shared with you, we will not send an additional email when the rest of your team is added. You will always receive an email the first time a Folder or Saved View is shared, but to spare your inbox, we won't send additional emails if sharing settings are updated and your access remains the same.
