An important part of data-driven sales management is having information come to you, meeting you where you are. One of the big reasons our customers buy Atrium is because we will proactively point out anomalies - you don't have to go looking for them.
This is why Atrium has a number of notification types that bring Atrium insights into your inbox or chat software. Currently you cannot configure the email delivery settings of these default notifications.
These are the various ways that Atrium notifies you regarding insights.

Goal Notifications
Atrium's Goal Tracking functionality allows you to set goals for your team on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Atrium will then track progress to and completion (or not!) of these goals. Learn more about Goal View Subscriptions.
Atrium will notify you, via Email and Slack (if you have it set up), of your team's progress towards goals. The cadence of these notifications is determined by the time interval of the goals you've set up:
Weekly Goals
Weekly Goal Results: This notification will be delivered weekly on Monday morning, reporting on the completion status of the prior week's goals.
Weekly Goal Progress: This notification will be delivered weekly on Thursday morning, reporting on the in progress status of weekly goals for the current week.
Monthly Goals
Monthly Goal Progress: This notification will be delivered weekly on Monday afternoon, reporting on the in progress status of monthly goals for the current month.
Monthly Goal Results: This notification will be delivered on the first day of the month, reporting on the completion status of the prior month's goals.
Quarterly Goals
Quarterly Goal Progress: This notification will be delivered weekly on Monday afternoon, reporting on the in progress status of quarterly goals for the current quarter.
Quarterly Goal Results: This notification will be delivered on the first day of the quarter, reporting on the completion status of the prior quarter's goals.
Individual Contributors in Atrium
If your individual contributor reps (AEs, SDRs, AM / CSM) have Atrium seats, you can choose to disable or enable these goal notification communications. They are enabled by default if those reps have Atrium seats and have logged into the platform before.
Slack Notifications
Goal results and goal progress can be automatically sent to your Slack as well! In fact, so can Shared Dashboards, Alert Feeds, and Opp Health Views- check out this support article on Sending Atrium to Slack.
Slack can be a great tool to connect with your team in real time, as well as a way to recognize the successes high performers.

*Note: You will get one email/Slack message for each of these notifications, regardless of how many reps report to you, or how many teams roll up to you.
Sales Coach Digests
Atrium's "Sales Coach" functionality sends licensed, sales-coach eligible leaders, managers, and reps a digest of the current "Sales Coach" report for their relevant "home page".
Frequency and recipients for this Sales Coach digest can be administered through the Subscription Center.
Sales Coach Daily Huddles & Sales Coach Friday Shoutouts
Sales Coach also sends eligible managers and reps bit-sized insights on a daily basis - the better to ensure they are aware on areas of outperformance, and areas of potential performance improvement.

"New Strategy Insights" Email
Daily New Strategy Insights: Atrium will send one-off email alerts to managers when one of their reports has a new strategy insight. These could occur daily if there is a new strategy insight daily. These do not send via Slack yet.
Weekly "Insights Report" Email
This notification will be delivered weekly on Wednesday morning, reporting on the highest priority insights in your Atrium account. These do not send via Slack yet.
