The steps to integrate a new user with Atrium should take around ~90 seconds.
If there are any internal changes taking place in your organization that would cause the "Integration User" account to be deactivated in Salesforce, then it is important to update the integration to a new account. This can be done through an existing active user's account in SFDC or through a synthetic user set up for this purpose.
To ensure there are no issues when it comes to cached data, it's recommended to complete the following steps in incognito mode or after clearing the cache and cookies. If available, a browser or device where the new integration user has not logged into Atrium previously would be best-suited for this exercise.
The steps for integrating a new user to authorize Atrium's connection to Salesforce are as follows:
1. Login to the correct Salesforce account that will be used for the integration.
2. Login to the Atrium account that has the corresponding email address with the integration user. If an Atrium account with the email necessary has not been set up, please contact the Atrium Support team at firstname.lastname@example.org!
3. Click the following link - http://app.atriumhq.com/auth/sfdc-login -
4. A prompt should appear that confirms the SFDC integration was successful!
P.S. If the confirmation does not appear, chat or email Atrium support at email@example.com, and expect a prompt response to confirm on your behalf that the integration under the new user was successful.
