Atrium integrations expand your visibility into your reps’ and teams’ performance. An ideal Atrium setup integrates the CRM, email, call, and notification systems already in use.
This guide outlines the integrations currently available with Atrium and how to successfully set up each one.
Table of Contents
Salesforce
Salesforce is the required CRM for Atrium, and many Atrium metrics rely on or are made more powerful by Atrium’s access to data from the “Account” and “Opportunity” objects in Salesforce. It's worth noting that Atrium does not adjust or alter any data in any way, the CRM data is simply mirrored.
Atrium connects to Salesforce via a read-only OAuth connection. Atrium is not a managed package, nor can it write to Salesforce.
